Jan Kirch currently holds the first (and only) Certified Exchange Specialist (CES®) Designation in the State of South Dakota through the Federation of Exchange Accommodators. Jan achieved her CES designation in 2004 and has been recognized state wide for her extensive knowledge of IRC Section 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchange transactions. Additionally, she is a Licensed Abstracter with over 25 years of experience in both title examination and escrow closing, and is an approved instructor of real estate continuing education courses through the South Dakota Real Estate Commission. As Escrow Officer, Kirch heads Pennington Title's Escrow Closing Department and specializes in commercial real estate transactions
