Gregory N. Wick

Greg Wick has over 35 years of experience in the land title industry and is President and CEO of Pennington Title Company. He served on the South Dakota Land Title Association Board of Directors for six years, is a past SDLTA President, and a current member of its Legislative Committee. Greg was also a member of the Title Standards Revisions Committee of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Section of the South Dakota State Bar during its multi-year Title Standards revisions project. Mr. Wick was originally appointed to the South Dakota Abstracters Board of Examiners, the licensing and regulatory board for the title industry in the State, by Governor Mickelson in 1990. Reappointed by Governors Miller, Janklow, Rounds, and Daugaard, he is the current President of the Board. Greg is an approved instructor of Broker Level Land Title Courses in South Dakota through the South Dakota Real Estate Commission and is a frequent presenter of the Continuing Education topics for the South Dakota Land Title Association.
